

La Luna Summer 2017 News
It was a great summer at La Luna. We went to several east coast horse shows and all of the horses performed so well. Natalie Meyer and La Luna’s Quintago and La Luna’s Ideal made their debut in the high children’s jumper division. Both horses ribboned throughout the summer. Quintago finished third in the Marshall and Sterling finals for that division. Ideal had a small injury and did not end up competing in that class although he qualified as well. Winter 2017
It has been a long cold winter in the North, not really great for riding. We survived the winter here on the farm and are happy to feel the warmer temperatures starting to come. On the other hand, we had six horses down in Wellington for the winter season. Trainer Paul Mayne has been showing La Luna’s Cara in the high schooling jumpers and have had a lot of success. Happy Holidays!
It is hard to believe that the holidays are already upon us. Here at La Luna, we have a lot to be thankful for. We had a wonderful show season with amazing horses and riders. Katrina Henson and Amandolo were circuit champions in the Novice equation division at HITS Saugerties. Natalie Meyer began a new partnership with her horse, Quintago. Summer 2016
What a great summer we had at La Luna Farm. We attended several horse shows in the Northeast and had many good results. Natalie Meyer and her horse, La Luna’s Quintago, competed in the 14 and Under Junior Hunter division, winning several classes and qualifying for the Marshall and Sterling finals. Happy May from La Luna!! The spring rains have made everything green and blooming here at the farm. The horses had a great winter in Wellington, Fl. Paul competed La Luna’s Cara in the 1.30 meter classes and did great. Natalie and Quintago showed in the 12-14 equitation and hunters and had a terrific season. I even had a go at the adult hunters with the lovely Angelina. She was a star!! My exciting news is that I have a new horse named, La Luna’s Beso. (That means kiss
